The OM / AUM — The Primal Sound

The sound of the universe — the vibration from which all realities emerge

AUM (often written OM) is considered in Vedic tradition to be the primordial sound — the vibration that underlies all of existence. Chanting it for 10–20 minutes before shifting calms the nervous system, raises vibratory frequency, and opens the practitioner to expanded states of consciousness. The three syllables A-U-M represent the waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states — the fourth state (turiya) is the silence that follows, which represents pure consciousness beyond all states.

A counter-rotating field of light energy around the body formed by two interlocked tetrahedra. Described as a vehicle of consciousness capable of traversing dimensions. Used in Merkaba meditation as a shifting tool.

MILD

Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams. A lucid dreaming technique involving setting the mental intention to recognize dream signs and become conscious within dreams.

Explicit rules written into the script governing the terms of the shift — such as time flow, aging, pain response, memory retention, and safe return protocols.

A word or phrase embedded in the script that, when thought in the DR, immediately returns the shifter's consciousness to their CR. Essential safety protocol.

Shifting

The intentional practice of transferring consciousness from the CR to a DR. The core practice of the community around which all techniques, scripts, and lore revolve.

Sigil

A personal symbol created from a condensed intention and charged with focused energy. Used as a consciousness anchor, reality programming tool, or DR-connection device.

Sleep Paralysis

A natural sleep state in which REM-atonia (muscle paralysis preventing dream acting) persists into consciousness. Often frightening to the uninitiated, but recognized by shifters as a powerful gateway state.

Solfeggio Frequencies

An ancient set of sound frequencies (174–963 Hz) believed to carry specific healing, spiritual, and consciousness-expanding properties. Used in meditation and as pre-shift audio.

Subliminals

The Void

Wake Back to Bed. A technique of waking after 4–6 hours of sleep, remaining alert for 20–60 minutes, then returning to sleep to access REM-rich, consciousness-accessible dream states.

WILD

Wake-Initiated Lucid Dream. A technique of maintaining conscious awareness continuously as the body falls asleep, transitioning directly into a lucid dream or shift state without losing consciousness.
